Elderberry Syrup for Immune Health

My go-to remedy for cold and flu is my very own handmade Elderberry syrup with potent immune boosting benefits. 

Daily Prevention:

Kids: 1/2 tsp - 1 tsp

Adults 1/2 tsp - 2 tbsp

If cold/flu strikes, take every 2-3 hours until symptoms disappear. Keep in a cool dark area or refrigerate.

Ingredients: organic elderberries, organic ginger, organic clove, purified Berkey water
