Greek Kalamata Olives
For four generations, the Chronis family in Greece has cultivated these rare koutsourelia olives, still picking them by hand to ensure perfect ripeness and no bruising. The olives are then cured using a traditional salt brine with no synthetic colors or preservatives. As is custom in Greece, these olives contain pits.
