Healthy Harvest True Tuscan extra virgin olive oil is cold pressed from early harvest Frantoio and Moraiolo olives traditionally grown on a single family estate in Tuscany, Italy since 1803 without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilizer. Frantoio olives are the only variety native to Tuscany and both Frantoio and Moraiolo varieties are well-documented for their high antioxidant content. This is a very rare, small batch robust oil with a peppery finish.
